Nagoya Daiichi Technical Institute founded by MIURA Kohei, professor of Nagoya College of Technology.

1962

Chubu Junior College of Technology established with majors in Mechanical Engineering. First President MIURA Kohei installed.

1964

Chubu Institute of Technology (four-year college) established with majors in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, and Architecture. First President Kohei Miura installed.

1971

Graduate School (Master's courses) added.

1973

Graduate School (Doctoral courses) added.

1975

President YAMADA Kazuo installed.

1984
