Center for International Programs

A broad yet detailed view of international exchange

Center for International Programs has a wide range of responsibilities. In addition to arranging placements for trainees from the university and receiving trainees from other universities, the center coordinates research programs and summer study trips, invites teaching staff from the Ohio University and Universiti Sains Malaysia, and also undertakes all matters related to the academic exchange with sister universities.
Furthermore, Center for International Programs widely contributes to the internationalization of Chubu University by accepting students and researchers from all over the world, arranging informal chats for short-term visitors, as well as lecture meetings and academic information exchanges with overseas teaching bodies. The center also plans the Chubu University's internationalization policy, publishes the Chubu University English-language pamphlets, and generally handles the university's overseas PR. Chubu University is also a recognized TOEFL test site, and application processing and application requirements are handled by this center.
