ライフキャリア教育科目「自己開拓」における教育効果の検証―13―JournalofChubuUniversityEducationNo.23（2023）VerificationofEducationalEffectivenessintheLifeCareerEducationSubject"SelfMotivationDevelopment"：Verificationbasedontheclassof2022SUGIMOTOHideharu＊1,SATOTomomi＊2andTERAZAWAAsako＊3＊1AssociateProfessor,FacultyofSociology,KansaiUniversity＊2AssociateProfessor,InstituteofLiberalArts,KyushuInstituteofTechnology＊3Professor,CollegeofBusinessAdministrationandInformationScience,ChubuUniversityAbstractThepurposeofthisstudywastoexaminewhethertheeducationaleffectsofthelifecareereducation"SelfMotivationDevelopment"showninthe2021fiscalyearareeducationaleffectsthatcanbeconfirmednotlimitedtoasinglefiscalyear.Asaresultofexaminingtheeducationaleffectoftheclasses,itwasfoundthateachclassprogrampromotedahighcommitmenttotheclassesandadeepeningofcareerawarenessamongthestudentsin2022,andhadsufficienteffectsnotlimitedtoasingleyear.Inparticular,theresultsshowedthatanincreaseinopennessinpersonalitytraits,anincreaseinself-esteem,anincreaseinself-efficacyincareerchoice,acurrentenrichmentintimeperspective,acquisitionofgoaldirectivity,anincreaseincareeradaptability,andacquisitionofcommunicationskillsthroughouttheclasses.Inthefuture,itwassuggestedthatitisnecessarytoexaminewhetherthisclasspromotesthedevelopmentofqualitiesandabilitiesrelatedtoflexiblelivingandworkingstylesofstudentsasalifecareereducation.Keywordslifecareereducation,verificationofeducationaleffects,careerdevelopment
