ライフキャリア教育科目「自己開拓」における教育効果の検証―13―JournalofChubuUniversityEducationNo.23(2023)VerificationofEducationalEffectivenessintheLifeCareerEducationSubject"SelfMotivationDevelopment":Verificationbasedontheclassof2022SUGIMOTOHideharu*1,SATOTomomi*2andTERAZAWAAsako*3*1AssociateProfessor,FacultyofSociology,KansaiUniversity*2AssociateProfessor,InstituteofLiberalArts,KyushuInstituteofTechnology*3Professor,CollegeofBusinessAdministrationandInformationScience,ChubuUniversityAbstractThepurposeofthisstudywastoexaminewhethertheeducationaleffectsofthelifecareereducation"SelfMotivationDevelopment"showninthe2021fiscalyearareeducationaleffectsthatcanbeconfirmednotlimitedtoasinglefiscalyear.Asaresultofexaminingtheeducationaleffectoftheclasses,itwasfoundthateachclassprogrampromotedahighcommitmenttotheclassesandadeepeningofcareerawarenessamongthestudentsin2022,andhadsufficienteffectsnotlimitedtoasingleyear.Inparticular,theresultsshowedthatanincreaseinopennessinpersonalitytraits,anincreaseinself-esteem,anincreaseinself-efficacyincareerchoice,acurrentenrichmentintimeperspective,acquisitionofgoaldirectivity,anincreaseincareeradaptability,andacquisitionofcommunicationskillsthroughouttheclasses.Inthefuture,itwassuggestedthatitisnecessarytoexaminewhetherthisclasspromotesthedevelopmentofqualitiesandabilitiesrelatedtoflexiblelivingandworkingstylesofstudentsasalifecareereducation.Keywordslifecareereducation,verificationofeducationaleffects,careerdevelopment
