ライフキャリア教育科目「自己開拓」の開発および教育効果の検証―25―JournalofChubuUniversityEducationNo.22(2022)RedesigningtheLifeCareerEducationSubject"SelfMotivationDevelopment"andVerifyingitsEducationalEffectiveness:Verificationbasedontheclassof2021SUGIMOTOHideharu*1,SATOTomomi*2andTERAZAWAAsako*3*1AssociateProfessor,FacultyofSociology,KansaiUniversity*2AssociateProfessor,InstituteofLiberalArts,KyushuInstituteofTechnology*3Professor,CollegeofBusinessAdministrationandInformationScience,ChubuUniversityAbstractConsideringtherecenttrendsincareereducationintheuniversity,thisstudyredesignedthecareereducationsubject“Self-MotivationDevelopment,”whichincludestheeducationalcontentoflifecareerandverifieditseffect.Thus,therecentlydesigned“Self-MotivationDevelopment”stimulatedhighcommitmentanddeepeningofcareerawarenessineveryclassprogram,aswellasthesufficienteducationaleffectlikeimprovementofself-esteem,improvementofself-efficacyinchoosingacareerpath,expansionoffutureaspectsoftimeperspective,improvementofcareeradaptability,andacquisitionofcommunicationskillswereconfirmedthroughouttheclassprogram,showingtheachievementoftheeducationalgoal.Consequently,theneedforcontinuousverificationoftheeducationaleffectinthefutureandexaminingwhetherithasaneducationaleffectthatisnotlimitedtoasinglefiscalyearwasnoted.Keywordslifecareereducation,verificationofeducationaleffects,careerdevelopment
