中部大学教育研究No.24（2024）―26―JournalofChubuUniversityEducationNo.24（2024）AdvancementofEducationalandResearchActivitiesthroughComprehensiveCollaborationbetweenChubuUniversityandInter-UniversityResearchInstituteISOGAIKeisuke＊1＊1Professor,FrontierResearchInstitute,ChubuUniversityAbstractInJuly2022,ChubuUniversitysignedacomprehensiveagreementoncollaborationinresearch,education,andotherareaswithNationalInstituteforBasicBiologyandNationalInstitutesforPhysiologicalSciences（locatedinOkazakiCity）,partofNationalInstitutesofNaturalSciences.Itisrarenationwideforaprivateuniversitytoconcludeacomprehensiveagreementwithaninter-universityresearchinstituteforbroadcollaboration.Thisachievementstemsfromtheresultsofjointseminarsheldbythethreeinstitutionsonarotatingbasis.Asaresultofthisprocessandthecomprehensiveagreement,jointresearchbetweenthethreeinstitutionshasprogressed,researcherexchangeshavebeenactivated,graduateandundergraduateeducationhasbeenenhanced,andeducationalandresearchsupportfunctionshavebeenstrengthened,fosteringamutuallybeneficialrelationship.TheinitiativeofChubuUniversitytoestablishacomprehensiveagreementbetweenaprivateuniversityandaninter-universityresearchinstituteisexpectedtostrengthenresearchactivities,enhancehumanresourcedevelopment,andcontributetotheadvancementofacademicresearchandthedevelopmentofsocietyKeywordsInter-UniversityResearchInstitute,ComprehensiveAgreement,ProgressofEducationalandResearchActivities,EnhancementofResearchCapability
