About the College of Engineering
The aim of the College of Engineering is to nurture engineers who have a thorough knowledge of specialized fields, as well as a deep understanding of the mutual relationship between technologies and decision-making.
Our College’s educational principal is ‘mastering the basics through practice’, and we place a high importance on the results of education being of actual use to society. The ‘Chubu University System’, in particular, is highly acclaimed for teaching students to correctly understand natural phenomenon, in addition to learning the principles and experimental methodology necessary for engineers and technicians. Students completely master the outlook and thinking models necessary to the field of engineering and learn teamwork practices indispensable to the development of modern technology.
Armed with this education, graduates who enter society take on central roles in diverse industrial fields.
