On Monday, September 29, 2025, Chubu University and Chandigarh University, India, exchanged a Letter of Intent (LOI) for the initiation of discussions toward the conclusion of a cooperative agreement. The event took place while the founder and Chancellor of Chandigarh University, Satnam Singh Sandhu, was visiting Japan.
From Chubu University, Trustee Keisuke Isogai and Professor Akitoshi Oshima (College of Science and Technology) attended the ceremony. The participants engaged in discussions on the future direction of collaboration and further deepened their mutual understanding.
