■出願方法 Application Process
出願はオンラインで行われます。以下の手続きの流れに沿って、出願書類の準備を進め、出願期間内に出願してください。
Applications should be submitted online. Please follow the procedures below to prepare your application, and submit it by the deadline indicated.

春学期入学：9月30日 Spring Semester Admission : September 30
秋学期入学：3月31日 Fall Semester Admission : March 31
■オンライン出願の流れ Steps for the Online Application
1. 出願に必要な書類を事前に準備してください。
2. 以下のURLからオンライン出願を完了してください。
https://www.chubu.ac.jp/english/contact-us/chubu-application-exchange/
3. 準備した書類をアップロードし、出願する。
4. 中部大学からの自動返信メールを確認し、出願が受理されたことを確認する。メールが届かない場合は、迷惑メールボックスを確認してください。メールが届かない場合は、オンライン出願の再提出になりますので、メールアドレスに間違いがないように注意してください。
1. Please prepare all required documents for your application before you start.
2. Complete the online application using the following URL : https://www.chubu.ac.jp/english/contact-us/chubu-application-exchange/
3. Upload the documents you have prepared and submit the application.
4. Check the auto-reply email from Chubu University to confirm that your application has been received.
If you do not receive an email, please check your spam mailbox. If you do not receive an email, you will have
to resubmit your online application, so be careful to make sure that there are no errors in your email address.
ファイル作成方法 How to prepare your documents
【全員】【All applicants】
チェックリストの1)～7)を1つのPDFファイルにまとめてください。ファイルのタイトルは「大学名_姓名_出願書類」としてください。 （例）「中部大学_山田太郎_出願書類」。また、写真については「証明写真の見本」を参照してください。
Combine items 1) – 7) on the checklist into ONE PDF file. The title of the file should be “Family name_Given name_Application.” Example: YAMADA_Taro_Application. Please refer to the “Photo Sample” and attach a photograph.
【学部・大学院受講希望者】【For Undergraduate & Graduate Course Applicants】
チェックリストの11または12を添付してください。ファイルのタイトルは「大学名_姓名_学部または大学院_申込書類」としてください。 （例）「中部大学_山田太郎_学部_申込書類」
Please attach items 11) or 12) in the checklist. The title of the file should be “Family name_Given name_Undergrad _Grad_Application.” Example: YAMADA_Taro_Undergrad_Grad_Application.
